If you are a fan - you must contact the child's parent and ask them to e-mail me.
Don't send me names of people who are more than 18 years old. Due to webspace issues I've decided to keep only children here. If you want me to make a fan art of someone who is over 18 you must follow the same rules as #2 but instead of putting me in contact with the child's parents you can put me in contact with the artist directly or his/her manager or agent.
I don't add children to this website without their parents permission. That's just how I work. It could sound like a non-sense for some but I know that its against the law to add a child's face to a website without their parents's permission and since I want this website to be fun and safe for all my visitors and actors/singers listed here I rather follow that rule even if that means that I will not be able to add some children people want me to.
